Measuring Blood Ketone Levels

For the most accurate and reliable ketone measurement, we recommend using Blood Ketone Test Strips.

Other methods, like urine test strips and breath meters, can give inconsistent readings—especially as your body adapts to ketosis. Only blood testing can accurately measure the effects of Ketone Supplements like KETONENRG™.

Steps

1️⃣ Test your blood ketones using a ketone meter (follow device instructions).

2️⃣ Wipe your finger with an alcohol swab before a finger prick test.

3️⃣ Measure again 1 hour after taking KETONENNRG™ to track changes.

4️⃣ Record your blood ketone levels along with your KETONENRG™ dose.

Some new continuous blood glucose and insulin measuring devices will start to measure ketone levels.

Understanding Your Ketone Levels

Blood Ketone Level (mmol/L)

What It Means

< 0.5

Not in ketosis yet

0.5 - 1.0

Mild ketosis: Supports metabolic health, energy, and longevity.

1.0 - 2.5

Optimal ketosis: Improved focus, mental clarity, physical performance, and recovery.

> 2.5

Diminishing returns: Higher levels may cause oxidative stress. Try lowering your dose to stay in the optimal range.
