Hi, I’m Josh—founding partner, a father, and someone who’s had to fight to get his energy and focus back. I’ve always loved pushing my body outdoors—running, biking, and hiking in Utah’s mountains. But at one point, life caught up with me. I felt foggy, fatigued, and stuck in survival mode.
